Classification of electronic hooks
1. The working form can be divided into four types, namely, hook hanging type, driving type, shaft seat type and embedded type;
2. From the reading form, it can be divided into four types: direct explicit (i.e. integrated sensor and scale), wired operation box display (crane operation control), large-screen display and wireless transmission instrument display (which can be connected with microcomputer);
3. The sensor forms can be divided into four types: resistance strain type, compressive magnetic type, piezoelectric type and capacitive type; Resistance strain type is most commonly used. It can be divided into room temperature type, high temperature type, low temperature type, magnetic insulation type and explosion-proof type.
4. Data stabilization can be divided into three types: static, quasi-dynamic and dynamic. At present, the commonly used models are static and quasi-dynamic, and the dynamic model is still in the development stage.
Different types of functions are also different, and users can choose what they want according to their own needs.
